The staff only cares about making a sale, not about getting you the best ring. They claim to have the biggest diamond inventory but could not help us look for a simple 1.5 carat diamond with our specifications. We felt like we were in a car dealership after we made a final decision on 2 rings, and some "faceless" manager in the back told our sales person they needed a higher deposit. Thank God for their return policy, because we came home, though it over, and returned the rings, and went somewhere else.

My ring was custom designed and I absolutely love it! Ariel did exactly what we wanted, and the prices were competitive with high quality to back it up.

Poor quality in video relative to their rates. The day of, they were wonderful. My video was a disappointment. The music did not flow from scene to scene nor did different songs transition logically. The highlight video was an exact copy of scenes from the actual video, but dubbed over with different music. Quality of DVD cover and DVD was not professional quality. Very disappointed and would have gone for a cheaper vendor that had the same low level of output.

Wendy was my day of coordinator and she was my life saver. She completed tasks that other people should have been responsible for doing, including cake setup, reception setup, and cleaning up the ceremony and reception. She was great to work with!
