Located downtown in San Diego at Navy Pier, Midway provides a dynamic and enriching experience "from boiler to bridge." A visit to Midway instills a greater appreciation for courage, freedom, and service to country.

The Former USS Midway,Now the San Diego Aircraft Carrier Museum Midway is a tremendous asset to the city of San Diego. It is both an attraction, and a tool to teach our younger generations, and to maybe encourage some of the to persue a carrier in the United States Navy
Was VERY happy touring the ship. Cant wait to go again and again and again so got a yearly pass was best thing I've done. Will be telling everybody I can to go and enjoy ever moment.
All ages of Americans should be aware of the events of WWII and this museum shows the trials and joys of these years. It commemorates the comraderie of the service men and women and shares their life during the war years. An amazing lesson for our kids to be aware of.
What the dedicated volunteers have done with this incredible effort is truly amazing. A real tribute to a gallant ship and the great crews that sailed in her.

The best military/aviation musuem outside of the Smithsonian and Naval Air Museum in Pensecola. Best carrier museum anywhere and sitting in such a great city. Everyone I send there comes back and says "WOW".
a wonderful birds eye view of what life aboard a carrier is like, and an excellent opportunity to share the experience with your husband, brother, father amd even sister...
