White Dragon is the best, because it pushes you to your limit and have fun at the same time. The instructors here are very good in teaching us self-defense techniques. I recommend it for anyone who wants to learn martial arts and have fun at the same time.

I get an excellent work out Monday - Saturday in a variety of classes. I like the fact that I can train in the external or the internal arts offered by White Dragon Martial Arts. I also have a weekly private lesson with my own instructor - for that extra motivation... similar to a personal trainer at a typical gym except that these private lessons have always been included in my training programs.
Simply one of the best forms of martial arts, White Dragon is a traditional system of Kung Fu and it's heritage is well documented. Sure you can take some form of something almost anywhere but... if you put in the work, this is the way to go.
