I've been going to the oceanside school for more than 5 years now and I love it! It really pushes you both mentally and physically and what I love about it is no matter how long you've been there there are always new things to work on and learn so it never gets boring. The people are always friendly, so it makes you really comfortable and that helped me learn even better. I started out as one of the clumsiest and unflextible-st person in the world and now I've gotten waaay better. It's one of those things that if you do what they tell you to do, try hard, go to the group classes, and give it time-you'll eventually be good.
White Dragon is the best! They're always professional and nice and full of knowlege. Mr. Dalanon is the coolest-I love his grappling class, he goes above and beyond- even staying late after classes is over to help! ^__^ The other instructors are really cool too! It just shows how much dedication and care they put into their classes.

Great instructors under great leadership. Private lessons with a personal instructor together with group lessons help give a better understanding of not only the form but the history and health benefits of martial arts. All ages are encouraged to participate. in competiton or recreation. I highly recommend White Dragon to anyone looking for highly skilled and qalified instructors.
Great school, great staff. They really make the experience of training and learning fun! It is a lot of hard work, but the benefits received are worth the effort! The entire teaching environment is based on active participation by the Instructors and Students. Instructors are always helpful and encourging; willing to give that little extra push that lets you know there is passion behind their being an Instructor.
