We use family recipes handed down for three generations. It doesn't get any fresher than this!

Wow, this restaurant sold out too. Where are we supposed to get good Chicago food? It seems like this company is buying all the Chicago style grub places and not doing a real good job at keeping a restaurant great or even good. I'm sad.

Unfortunately, WIndy City Beef has sold the business and it is now called Chicago on a Bun or something like that. The menu has changed and alot of my favorites have been discontinued. I am so disappointed.

i love windy city beef, the best hot dogs with all the fixings on that soft poppyseed bun is great, but the sausage is top notch, i like the sliced beef too, but can't pronounce the hot peppers real name. do yourself a favor and get a bag of homemade chips instead of fries some time. i come all the way from mira mesa at least once a week. wish they were closer.

I always go with my family and this place is perfect. It is authentic and has a great atmosphere. The "Papa Bear" is the best.

John and his crew prepare everything from scratch and the food is the best this side of Chicago. You can even watch the Bears or the Packers on large screen tv if you're so inclined. WCB is the greatest and the friendliest place in San Diego County
