This is the most awesome and friendly studio around. All the instructors are amazing and grounded. Non-judgemental, it's your own practice so you're not forced into poses that practitioners take lifetimes to achieve. And it's a green studio! I love this place, it's my new family and home away from home!
A truly spiritual and genuine yoga studio, free from the competition and image-centric ideals of other yoga studios. The teachers are all very dedicated and knowledgable and the students are down-to-earth and cool people. I strongly reccomend yoganic!!! You won't regret it. There are classes for everyone and all levels. Good location, too.
Yoganic is everything I want from a yoga studio. A dedicated practice space, kind people and instructors who are dedicated, bright and share a sincere desire to teach. My practice has moved to the next level after discovering Yoganic about 6 months ago. I highly recommend this studio for those who want to take yoga past pure exercise (which you certainly get no matter what), and delve into the higher meditative and life transforming realms through which yoga is a doorway.
I found my sanctuary at Yoganic. Amazing, attentive teachers, wholeheartedly dedicated to helping students. Authentic yoga at its best. And it is eco-friendly!!!
All levels are welcome here, without judgement. This yoga studio has knowledgable and caring teachers and lots of different styles of yoga to choose from. Plus, it's San Diego's only "green" yoga studio!
The instructors at Yoganic are superb. I have never received such attentive, intelligent, sensitive instruction in Primary School, in Grammar School, at University, or, especially, Graduate School. Why can't all school by like Yoganic with brilliant instructors like Anne and Chris, s who look, listen, correct gently, and guide us towards enlightenment?
